Advanced Engineering are equipped with 20 CNC machine centres consisting of 4 and 5-axis milling capabilities and are a premier provider of subcontract machining services to the UK and Europe. Continual investment means our factory consisting of Mazak and Haas machine centres is equipped with the latest advancements include linear motors and on machine inspection and probing for superior surface finish and quality.
Equipped with 2 Mazak lathes both with live tooling and one featuring Y-axis adding extra flexibility Advanced Engineering are capable of handling any CNC turning requirements, ranging from small batches through to 10,000 parts a month.
Through approved supplier program we are also able to support our customers turning requirements with a range of outside processes including but not limited to heat treatment, chemical blacking, e-coat, polishing and anodising.

Advanced Engineering has a proven track record of supplying production parts to schedule in the competative automotive and aerospace marketplaces. This has ranged from bespoke interior bright work machined from solid aluminium to cast engine components such cylinder heads, blocks and body in white chassis parts, either sourced internally or supplied by our customers.
Prototype development has been a core component of the company for the past 30 years and with our experience over this time we have developed numerous production methods and working practices to ensure we meet deadlines and aim to exceed customer expectations while maintaining the highest possible quality.
