Had been with this agency for atleast a year, staff mislead you with jobs. I was told there was work as an admin assistant and even though I heard negative comments I voiced my concern and didn't feel comfortable in taking the offer, but somehow the consultant sold it to me well when I did attend the next day I was quite disappointed with the outcome. Another consultant decided to bad mouth me with the manager which I find quite disgusting. I changed agencies very quickly and glad I made the right choice. There are other good agencies in birmingham so please avoid this one at all cost.

Thoroughly an unprofessional service who drop you with no regards. I was told today that I can’t work on a job role that I had been promised. With no mercy. No practical promise of future roles. Just ruined my whole plan for the next months and I’m left with no job. There’s no words to describe how I feel right now and based on this I would not recommend them to anyone as they do not have any regard for ethnics it is a real un guaranteed job advertising place to get involved In. Poor value and throw you out when your not needed I guess. I am very hurt

I called this agency regarding a job vacancy but when I called, I had a person who didn't ask for any contact information or CV but when I proceeded to ask him how he will contact me, he just said they will be in touch.
Not only a lack of common sense here but I feel sorry for anyone applying or advertising their job through this agency. Based on a 5 minute conversation, it is clear that they do not care about finding the right candidate whatsoever. Thanks for wasting my time.
