The shipping was incredibly fast considering I’m in the US so don’t let that deter you. When I opened the most beautifully packaged pair of shoes I opened it to find the prettiest shoes I’ve ever bought my daughter! You have a forever customer now!

Poor customer service. Unresponsive Manager. Had an issue with an item, Manager didn't even bother to call me back to rectify problem. Shame because the brand is fantastic, they just to train and employ more service oriented staff

Love this Spanish children's clothing shop in London. Clothes are beautifully tailored and the dress prints are fresh and elegant. Staff were welcoming and we plan to return.

This company is awful.. the management have no people skills & are very rude!... clothes also over priced for what they are!
Note to management: Treat your sales assistants right & maybe there won’t be such a high turnover of staff coming & going...
