To take in our wonderful views why not relax in our all new luxury hot tub, exclusive to guests of the Granary. Fishermen, women and children of all ages and abilities are invited to fish our lakes. It is essentially coarse fishing with Carp (up to 25lbs), Tench, Roach and Bream but do not be surprised if you land the odd Brown Trout.

The Granary is a beautifully converted and imposing 2 storey cottage, with bespoke oak staircase, log burner and ash panelled ceilings in the lounge and bedrooms 1 and 2. The cottage has exclusive use of the Hot Tub & private BBQ area, has an upstairs sitting room with stunning views and a resident barn owl.
It is essentially coarse fishing with Carp (Up to 25lbs), Tench, Roach and Bream but do not be surprised if you land the odd Brown Trout as there are a few in there, just to keep the small fry down. Poachers Hideaway lakes are for the exclusive use of our guests and fishing is open.
There are no "pegs", we simply ask that you treat both the sport and habitat with respect and that children are accompanied by a responsible adult as the water is very deep in places.Although the fish are partial to tinned potatoes, sweet corn and bread. Willow Lodge is a fully enclosed glass lodge; where non-angling party members can sit and enjoy the views without getting their feet wet!

Dogs are welcome at Poachers Hideaway, which is a pet friendly holiday destination, in any of the cottages. There are several miles of private footpaths on the farm for you to explore with your dog. There is also direct access to the Heritage Bridleway and Viking Way along with numerous public footpaths across the Wolds.

We had an amazing stay at Poachers Hideaway. We booked the cottages for a family celebration. Angela and Andrew were very accommodating helping us to choose which cottages were the most suitable for our stay. All the cottages had their own character they were clean, well equipped and had large comfy beds. The grounds were beautifully kept with lots of grassy pathways to explore. We all enjoyed getting together again in such beautiful surroundings. Our party included children, adults, grandparents and dogs, everyone found plenty to do. Thank-you Angela and Andrew for making us most welcome.

Just a tiny piece of heaven hidden away in Lincolnshire wolds. Have been visiting this stunning venue with friends several times a year for a few years now. We are always made exceptionally welcome and nothing is too much trouble for our fabulous hosts. We have stayed in all of the accommodation and have always been delighted with facilities and cleanliness. Will continue to return over and over. Next visit already booked for February. Can't wait.

Our stay at Flintwood farm was amazing,We have all had a very relaxing and enjoyable break. The cottages & farm does you great credit and exceeds everything we've read about it, Lovely cottages,lovely people and great hosts - a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A must visit. Fishing in the lake was really good - enjoyed it. Above all the peace and quiet, at times just the birds singing and the wind through the tress. Just amazing place.

My family has felt privileged to have really enjoyed four stays here last year. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Everyone at Flintwood Farm was friendly, thoughtful and couldn’t have done more to ensure the quality of our stay not only met, but exceeded all expectations.
The views over the fishing lakes were stunning, with wonderful pathways to exercise our family pet. A successful days fishing allowed my father to rekindle precious memories from his younger years.
