Laboratory grown diamonds are 100% diamond and are neither simulants or diamond imitations such as Cubic Zirconia. They possess all the fire, sparkle and brilliance of mined diamonds. In fact, it is impossible to tell them apart - even with a gemmologist's loupe. That is because lab growns are physically, visually and chemically identical to mined diamonds.

But there are times we know when that item you've had a while or some jewellery that you have inherited, needs to be changed into items you would be happy and proud to wear. That is why here at Ainsworth Jewellers we offer a bespoke design service to help you transform existing pieces of jewellery into something you would be happy and proud to wear, or we can start from scratch making that very special piece for that special occasion.
Ring sizing can be tricky to gauge, as fingers can vary up to whole size depending on the temperature and time of day. There will also be variations between the Summer and Winter months. There is also then the question of being able to get the ring over the knuckle comfortably and then judging the best size so the ring doesn't 'spin' uncomfortably around the finger.

Last week I went this shop to get my gold coin value he said take 1 week. Today I went in shop he said my coin is not back yet then 2 hours later I went back then he said no one won’t know what is it.. then he offered me a lower value £1000 then I had look BullionVault says worth £1400. DON'T EVER COME HERE
While getting my ring resized they replaced two of the white sapphire stones with two zirconia gems without my knowledge or without informing me. I have noticed the difference when I received my ring back and raised my concerns but they kept on denying doing anything to the gems. Two fell out within a few days. In the end my fiance managed to sort out a refund however, even after that, they kept on denying the replacement of the gems even though I had it tested by 10 different people from different jewellery stores. The stones HAVE been changed and I am getting my ring fixed

I recently visited Ainsworth jewellers in search of an engagement ring for my partner. I had travelled to numerous towns and perused multiple other jewellers previously but had left disappointed.
