Booked a new tyre online the night before, they asked me to just turn up between 1pm & 5pm so a good window I could work around. When I arrived they couldn't do enough for me. Really polite and helpful, tyre changed in 5 mins then I was on my way again. Would definitely recommend and will always use from now on. Brilliant service - thank you Newbold Tyres.

Needed tracking doing. Booked me in later the same day, but when I returned at my allotted time, they gave it the blank face, shruggy shoulders and "sorry, you're not booked in, we're too busy to see you". The gormless act was pretty good, but the truth is that I didn't need replacement tyres so they couldn't be bothered doing the tracking. Won't be trying these again.
