Can't rate this place highly enough. Great choice of wheels and an easy ordering process, fantastic customer service when I needed some extra info.
My wheels were coming from Italy and were delayed slightly due to the ongoing issues with covid etc, I was kept up-to-date and informed promptly when my wheels were ready.
The premises themselves were great, comfy seats and a customer toilet. It was pretty busy when I was there, but didn't have too much of a wait for fitting, especially as they removed the tyres off my old wheels, and this was all part of the service.
I would definitely use them

I have only dealt with Wheelbase alloys remotely, however the service they provided was second to none. The wheels I initially purchased for my partners car were out of stock, but they quickly rang me to offer me other wheels which i now much prefer! They gave professional advice on tyre sizes and filled me with confidence from start to finish. I would 100% use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking to enhance the look of their car!

Ordered a set of wheels which developed a fault within 2 weeks of being fitted to the vehicle. Center caps failed let in a load of moisture ruining the look of the wheels. Customer service had promised a new set to be sent out. It has been almost 6 months and still have not received anything! Very poor considering the cost of the product and every time I get in touch I am told they are coming. Disappointing having spent that amount of money on a product for them to fall apart and not have the issue resolved

After thinking about changing my wheels for some time now I found these guys and bit the bullet. I am so glad I did.

Purchased my alloys back in July but unfortunately the ones I wanted weren't available so was provided with a list of others. Wheelbase even matched the price so it didn't cost me any extra to get the perfect ones! Price is very reasonable even when purchasing with tyres which I did (went up a size so old ones no good). Delivery was fast and they came ready balanced so as soon as they were fitted I was ready to go. Would highly recommend Wheelbase!

I had ordered a new set of wheels, complete with tires, with my father. We called up, asked a few questions regarding the product, and then just simply ordered what I wanted! They have an amazing selection, and the customer service was primo. They came balanced, with the tires fitted and set to the correct pressure, protected and packaged very well. I had a small issue whilst fitting, due to it being my first time changing a wheel, let alone 4! So we called, explained the product we had bought, and they gave us all the tips we could’ve wanted. I couldn’t be happier with wheelbase.

I am really happy with my new wheels. I ordered one set, fitted them to my van and they just didn’t give me the look I was after so I contacted wheelbase and they were happy to exchange them for a new set which look amazing they didn’t charge me any carriage on my order or my return so I am one happy customer. I was a bit nervous about ordering online but I am glad I did now. I would definitely recommend wheelbase to anybody looking for new wheels

I need to shout about Wheelbase alloys, there customer service is second to none and nothing is to much for them. Delivery was quick with DPD. The website was so easy to use and I found what I was looking for. They look brilliant on my work van. I highly recommend wheelbase alloys to buy from, the quality of the alloys and wheels I bought are first class. Couldn't be happier.
