Had a lovely week in a barn conversation that was as good as the photos. Fittings and equipment are all good quality and the owners are warm and genuine. Thoroughly recommendable.

Very tranquil, well positioned for walkers, who like the woods, and handy for local attractions, like Masson Mill, Kedleston Hall, Cromford Mill, Ecclesbourne Railway.
Cottages are well equipped, and snug in cold weather, owner is friendly and on site if needed.

Warm welcome to a wonderful property
Well placed property, very close to the Peak District National Park, we were warmly welcomed by Ruth after booking at very short notice. A bottle of wine and milk was a lovely touch and much appreciated, as was the very comfortable, very well stocked accommodation. We found the attractive property very warm and comfortable.
If the weather permits, there is a choice of two seating areas immediately outside, offering

This is such a beautiful little cottage situated on a working farm in the Derbyshire hills.....The cottage is just a short walk to the local village where you can pick up some goodies for a cozy night in or a nice meal out if you like. There is two routes down to the village one is down the lanes and the other is though a picturesque woods both are beautiful.
The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area, they will point you in the right direction if you get stuck for somewhere to go.
The property itself is very well equipped and is extremely cozy with the added romance of
