If you have tried every over the counter product without success and really want to stop smoking but can't, then hypnotherapy should be able to help. You are probably wondering how to stop smoking? Hypnotherapy is usually effective in just one session. Sometimes you may have given up successfully in the past but then a stressful event triggers taking the smoking up again.
How much better would it be to change your attitude fundamentally to food so that you only eat what you need? The normal guideline on losing weight is that as a rule of thumb most people can reasonably safely lose around 2lbs of fat per week. Losing weight more rapidly should not be done without medical supervision.

Do you have problems sleeping which then leaves you tired and stressed before the day has begun? How different would you feel if you could just get a good night? Often the problem started with an event but that may have been long ago. You may not even remember when you started sleeping badly. Hypnotherapy can go to the root cause of your sleep problems.
