To be a Veterinary Hospital we have to meet Royal College Standards, as well as requirements needed to be a General Practice. In addition we must:. Maintain and improve clinical standards by monitoring performance and the outcome of treatments. Provide a range of specialist equipment, such as specific diagnostic equipment (ECG and ultrasound). Submit to rigorous examination of our premises and facilities, with emphasis on cleanliness and sterility.
Services
There are many areas of work to be done. From consulting with you and examining your pet, through to xrays, blood and other laboratory diagnostic work and operating. Most importantly we strive to provide a caring and sympathetic environment for you and your pet. We have five consulting rooms. This allows us to have more vets consulting at busy times in the day, allowing us to make appointments more suited to you.
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

Very personal service every time. I love the fact that we, and especially my pets, are recognised and always receive a friendly welcome.
The service provided is excellent and I know my fur-babies are in the best care.
Highly recommend

Our dog was recently attacked by another. They ensured we got an emergency appointment and over the last 4 weeks, have been multiple times. Katie, our vet, has been fabulous; kind, caring and knowledgeable and our dog is now well on the road to recovery. Katie has provided support over email in between appts and the practice staff are always helpful and help with requests! Thank you De montfort for your fabulous service and support!

Our dog recently visited here and is still has one more checkup after his operation.
Everyone seems highly knowledgeable and very friendly. They were more tha happy to help us with any of the queries we had In regards to Winstons operation and aftercare.
Winston also has epilepsy so we pop in every couple of months for his prescriptions and tests.
You can tell the staff love Animals!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
We simply cannot say anything about De Montfort and all of the staff there other than in the positive. Our dogs have been with them for 15 years and the attention to detail, care, thought and responsiveness is simply incredible! They are all true champions of their profession! I would never go elsewhere

Professional service always guaranteed. Not the cheapest in town but they've got the staff and equipment to deal with the vast majority of veterinary problems. You do after all get what you pay for.

Excellent vets, who have been looking after my babies for nearly forty years. 🤗
We have shared laughter and many tears over the years. The DeMontfort Staff have always been 'there' for us with their professional caring manner, and love for the animals, of which we are extremely grateful. 🐶🐾🐶🐾🐶🐾🐦🐦🐦💞.
The only negative, as with a lot of vets these days is that another company look after customers overnight at Worcester, which is a long way to travel with a poorly baby. 🤔

Excepted. But unhappy that I could register my cat that day. But could not see a vet for 3 months due to client list closing due to covid. And that was the waiting time???? Told to see a local vet if an emergency. My adopted cat had been seen by De Montfort, vet, several times for the condition while registered as a cpl cat. And as a follow up when I had adopted it.
