I have two classic cars insured with a competitor of Footman James. Just purchased another classic car (1999 Suzuki Vitara)& thought I would give Footman James a chance at insuring it. Spent ages filling out an online form only to find out that they did not want to insure the vehicle with no reason given! Contacted them by email & was told that a 1999 Suzuki Vitara is not listed as Classic! Just insured this vehicle with another Classic vehicle insurer (Lancaster) & received excellent service.
Avoid Footman James. Definately will not be wasting my time going to them again
