Hello, my name is Susie. I live with my lovely husband Chris and two daughters, Isabella and Lily, in Newcastle upon Tyne.

I have developed my deeply healing mindful therapy techniques through two decades of personal healing and inner work and over 10 years of empowering hundreds of clients in their own lives with issues such as childhood abuse, post-natal depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, sexuality and gender issues, acute stress, fertility, decision-making, sexual assault, relationship breakdown, grief, anger, sadness, fear, phobias, marital difficulties, sex abuse, shame, body image, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse, burn-out.

My clients often experience going from 8, 9 or 10 on the stress scale to a 2, 1, or 0 within a session and get the tools to do this for themselves at home.
PTSD happens after an event that was too traumatic for your body, mind or emotions to process at the time it happened. This is why one of the major symptoms of PTSD is the involuntary re-experiencing of the traumatic event. This is your subconscious mind's attempt to process what happened to you, but often it remains unable to do so.
I empower you to use a variety of mindfulness-based, self-healing tools tailored to you and your situation to significantly reduce the stresses you are experiencing. My clients tell me they go from an 8, 9 or 10 of stress or pain on the stress scale to a 2, 1 or 0 in most sessions. We work together to gently and safely heal the conscious and subconscious memories, traumas, thoughts, beliefs and emotions keeping you in stress.
I just think it's phenomenal. In my experience Susie's work is much broader and deeper than working with a traditional counsellor. One of Susie's sessions is like 4 or 5 talk-counselling sessions! The genuine empathy that Susie has is just one of the most healing things in the world and in such stark contrast to the clinical, sterile environment of seeing a psychologist.
Body Bashing is having recurrent negative, critical or abusive thoughts or feelings about your own physical appearance and sexual attractiveness. That is body bashing! Regular body bashing harms your enjoyment of your natural sensual sexuality as a woman and your ability to have intimate connection.
