Hazel graduated from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis over 25 years ago and has since trained in a number of disciplines including counselling, coaching, EFT and EMDR. She offers both one to one hypnotherapy consultations but also accredited hypnotherapy training through MCCH of which she is both Principal and Founding Member.

I am passionate about helping others to be as healthy and happy as they can be but also about passing on the knowledge and experience I have acquired throughout my long career as a healthcare professional. I welcome all enquiries surrounding health and well-being and firmly believe in the mind-body link to access our own healing resources.

Hypnotherapy is a very natural way of getting in touch with the right side of the mind which has unlimited potential and stores all the memories from the past as well as the automatic processes. This includes the bad habits as well as the good habits. It is completely safe and the techniques bear no relation to stage hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy for confidence is one of the most common reasons people seek a hypnotherapist. I think everyone has experienced anxiety at one time or another. It is normal to worry in small amounts. However at times it can seem it is getting out of hand and even feel scary. Human beings are designed to have a stress response so that they can run from danger or even attack as appropriate. Of course we are no longer cave people and attacking the boss is out of the question!

In a relaxed state it is possible to identify if there are any underlying issues attached to the cigarette which are more than just an addiction to nicotine. Hazel is an excellent hypnotherapist. Very professional and I felt very comfortable with her from the moment I met her. She helped me to resolve an issue that was troubling me with care, compassion and patience. I left the session feeling calm and with my issue resolved. I have never looked back! Having completed a diploma course with Hazel at MCCH I would recommend it to anyone wishing to get involved in a career in hypnotherapy. Tuition was in a friendly layed back atmosphere with clear instruction. I completed the course with full confidence in the techniques taught and my ability to perform them.
