The hotel experience was lovely and such good value for money. The room was first class, modern but with an old fashioned twist. Bathroom and shower was lovely too.
The breakfast and the staff were first class too.
only drawback was that it is not visible from the road, the hotel sign is not lit up and the grounds are being renovated so looks abit untidy.
We drove round and round the one way system and our sat nav insisted we had arrived but it looked like a field so we were confused.

Absolutely amazing stay! Would highly recommend this place to everyone! Stayed here for 2 nights with our dog and everyone was so friendly both the staff and other guest. We had dinner both nights and both nights absolutely amazing, food was perfect. Amanda behind the bar was super helpful and a really friendly worker who made our experience. Have already booked for our next stay

The hotel is old and tired. It needs a lot of renovation. However, it is clean. The facilities are clean and the staff really make the effort. The staff really are perhaps, the best part of the hotel as it is. For the price, I think it's worth a stay, for sure. Only criticism is in the winter months, it's very hard to see from the road. I drove round it three times before I realised it was there. The entrance to the hotel car park is not lit and in the darkness it is not clear where you go to actually park up.

Really liked staying here, not too expensive, the rooms are clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast.
Dog friendly too, and the staff are really helpful and friendly.
Would have given 5 stars but for the evening menu, it's a bit basic and never changes.

What a lovely place. Bit out dated but dont judge a book by its cover. Wonderful polite courteous staff who could not help you enough. Breakfast was excellent and you could have just what you wanted. Rooms very clean. Bathroom was bigger than ours at home. Comfy clean bed. Enjoyed our stay very much.
