Richard is a top guy. No bs straight business also after sales is on point. When I drove my car back from wakefield to Birmingham I noticed the car was pulling to the left. I called Richard next day who told me book the car with a main dealer and he will cover the cost. Thank you Richard top guy👍👍👍

Great selection of vehicles, all in excellent condition.
Absolutely no pressure whatsoever - take a s long as you like to look around / test drive the vehicle etc.
Unfortunately, my car had a slight issue after I purchased it (air-conditioning stopped working). I presumed it would be a nightmare to try and get anything resolved, but no ... one phone call and I was advised I could either return the car to them for repair, or take it to anywhere I preferred and they would cover the cost. Which they did (I took it to a main dealer near me).

Like many purchasing without at least siting is a vehicle is a concern. However please do not let that stop you purchasing from Rich at Sandal Auto's. He was completely transparent from the offset. Our part exchange value was a good price as was the vehicle that we purchased. Rich was extremely helpful and patient. All what he promised he delivered on - and more. Fantastic service provided when I purchased my BMW M140i from Sandal Auto.
Firstly, this was the first time I was purchasing a vehicle prior to viewing it but Phil gave me the assurance I needed and I was over the moon with the car when I picked it up on Sunday.
