We are a leading stockist of the Stella York collection, part of the Essence of Australia and Martine Liana label so have plenty of her wedding dresses available. Stella York wedding dresses range in price from 800 - 1,600.
Need a wedding dress in a hurry?, We can help, as we have wedding dresses available to buy and take away the very same day. Alternatively our wedding dress designer Stella York offers a live web portal so we can check their dresses during your appointment which allows us to get certain dresses in a matter of weeks.
At Oliver's Bridal & Formalwear we have a selection of tiara's, combs, bird's nests and other accessories to compliment you and your gown on your day from leading names such as Ivory & Co, Emmerling, Elizabeth Dickens and Richard Designs. All Emmerling veils come beautifully boxed so perfect for keeping safe before & after your wedding.
We are an independent Menswear Hire specialist in Hertfordshire/borders of Essex. You can hire a full suit which include; slim fit lounge suits, dinner suits and taiicoats. Or you can hire individual items such as waistcoats or tie sets. We are official stockists of Cameron Ross, the award winning hirewear collection.
With Wedding suits we recommend you book as soon as possible. Whilst stock is not normally a problem, the advantage of booking early is that once a suit is booked at Oliver's Bridal and Formalwear the prices are then held. For weekend weddings, collection is normally Thursday afternoon (from 2pm) and return on Monday (before 12pm).

Brilliant service! Last minute request to hire a suit for a black tie event and Ellie was MORE than accommodating. With only 1 hours notice I was measured, fitted and able to hire a top quality suite with cumberband, bow-tie and shoes making sure I looked sharp for the night. Will definetly be back here again. Thanks for the prompt response and amazing service. Cannot recommend enough!

I started looking for a dress in early 2019 for my wedding which was scheduled for the end of June 2020. I discovered Oliver’s Bridal via a google search and was impressed by the reviews, so I booked an… appointment.
The dress I wanted to try wasn’t part of Oliver Bridals stock, but they kindly orders a sample dress direct from the designer for me to try. From the moment I entered the boutique I felt I had chosen the right place. Ellie and her lovely team were warm, welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I tried on various dresses, but fell in love with my original choice.

I attended Oliver's Bridal on Saturday, this was the first time I had attended a shop to try on dresses, they made me feel extremely welcome and they helped me find my dream dress. I only have a few months until my wedding and they reassured me constantly that my chosen dress would be ready in time. I'm not a very confident person and they made me feel so confident and special when I tried on dresses, they turned an experience I was dreading into one of joy, happiness and excitement.

I booked my first bridal appointment with Oliver's Bridal and Formalwear last Saturday and I can honestly say I was not disappointed from the moment I stepped foot into the boutique.
I was greeted by Fiona who was so welcoming and so professional and put me at ease straight away.
I had picked out a dress which she had all ready for me, however, she advised that it would be a good idea to try on different styles just to be 100% with my choice.
I didn't expect to choose a dress on my first visit but after trying on my dream dress I couldn't wish for anything more beautiful.

Ellie was extremely helpful at over email getting me booked in. I contacted her to help with an off the rack dress as my previous dress no longer fitted (lock down weight gain 😩) she was so accommodating as I have very tight work schedule and limited availability.
On the day my appointment was with lorna. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped put me at ease. The appointment made feel great and I left with a dress that fitted and was more prefect that my previous dress (which was brought else where)
The whole bridal experience was amazing. I say definitely worth a visit and listen to them

Absolutely amazing service today!! I cannot tell you how happy i am with Oliver’s bridal and how they made me feel. From the constant compliments to how friendly the staff were. I went a shop featured on tv last week and i have to say they were not a patch on how perfect my experience at Oliver’s bridal was.

I had the most amazing time at Oliver’s yesterday! Victoria and Fiona are just the best! I’ve tired on many dresses, even bought one from another shop and returned it. I left it all up to these ladies to pick me a dress and all I can say is WOW!! I finally got that bride moment! I still have the biggest smile on my face thinking about it the next day. After trying god knows how many dresses and even panic buying one from somewhere else, I booked a last minute appointment at Oliver’s bridal with low expectations- and the lovey Ellie was amazing, and put me in a dress that gave me a “wow” moment (who knew that was possible 😵)

We visited Oliver's on Saturday 15th February 2020. Fiona looked after us and assisted in selecting dresses and trying on.
It was the first Bridal shop I went too and we felt so looked after. The shop is cosy and has a manageable selection to look through along with accessories. The brides maid dresses were not the best selection but the bridal… dresses were all so lovely with a small amount of discontinued dresses that were within my budget.
Fiona was helpful and very friendly making me feel totally at ease, I imagined the experience to be more daunting but she made it fun!

Victoria that helped me was amazing! This was the first wedding dress shop I visited and I left very happy and said yes to a beautiful dress. This was my First stop when i started searching for my wedding dress, I had an appointment with Ellie and she was amazing, made me feel at ease, helped me find a style that suited me well, she new i wanted lace and she listened, i found the perfect dress, but as any bride would i looked around other shops but nothing compared to this Stella york dress i found at Ellies shop. She was happy to have a second appointment with me a few months later and i finally purchased the beautiful dress. Thank you Ellie
