Richwards is a part of the local community, supporting local events and charities for over 30 years. We are property-savvy and people-focused. Here is a little more about the people who are at the heart of Richwards. Established in the early 1990s, Richwards Town and Country Estate Agents has grown from a small independent company to one of the market leaders in the West Sussex area.

We haven't forgotten our roots - we still have no ties to mortgage brokers or conveyancing houses, and we as a team are dedicated to selling your home successfully. Our ethos is that people, not numbers, are what matters when dealing with property. We recognise that technology is important in this fast-moving environment, but there can be no replacement for friendly and professional customer service.
Services
Appointing the right agent is a massively important decision to make, as you have to be confident that your needs and expectations are going to be met. The presentation of your home in detailed particulars and on the internet is extremely important, but so too are the processes which will need to take place before you finally move home.

We instructed Richwards to sell my grandparent’s bungalow and at the time of the valuation I was concerned as to whether we needed to do any work to the property to add to it’s saleability, but they advised me that it should be perfectly saleable as it was. I am delighted to say that they were right. Within a total of 7 weeks from start to finish, they found me an able buyer, progressed the sale, and got the money into the bank for us. We can’t thank the team highly enough for their incredibly professional conduct. No stress, regular telephone and email updates and the job was done. Richwards

Completed the on line form and followed up with an e-mail requesting a visit. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. No response from them at all. Why have on-line forms and e-mail addresses if you're going to ignore them?!
