Littletown Farm Guest House
The Farmhouse has a licensed bar, large dining room, comfortable TV lounge and large enclosed garden. For those that cannot leave their work behind the accommodation provides wi-fi access free of charge. Packed lunches can be arranged if required. Services
The majority of our rooms are situated upstairs in what was originally the hay store. Each one has been tastefully refurbished during 2012/2013 the doubles are compact due to the shape of original building but what they lack in size they certainly make up for with their view. Each room has its own en-suite, tea tray and hair dryer.
Food at Littletown Farm B&B is very important, Sarah is a trained chef and both she and Rob share a passion for cooking and enjoying good food, using fresh tasty local produce and often growing it themselves. Breakfast is served daily in the B&B's large dining room from 8.00 to 9.15, if you require earlier or later then just let us know.
Travel west on the A66, Just after Keswick leave the A66 taking the left hand turn into the village of Portinscale, follow the road through the village. After leaving Portinscale take the 2nd right hand turn here it is sign posted for Newlands Valley and Buttermere, follow this road passing the Swinside Inn on your right.

Brilliant location, brilliant hosts, brilliant breakfast, (our only gripe is the shower in room 6 is just a trickle, however this could be the water pressure in the area). Thank you for a great few days.

It is a nice little guest house with a stunning views. Full English Breakfast is probably the best i even had. There is something different about it and that is why it stands out.

Stayed for 3 nights in July. Was our second visit, and have to say what a perfect location it is. Amazing views across the valley, and perfect location for all the top spots in the Lakes, inside 45 mins car. Lovely breakfast and lovely, friendly people.

Magical little place below Catbells. We usually arrive here mid afternoon and skip up CatBells for sunset.
Rooms comfortable and breakfast - well - my friend will say this is the reason we keep coming back. We love the friendly laid back service here, and the accessibility to great walks and views. Since finding this spot, we actually haven't stayed anywhere else in the Lakes!

Stayed for our honeymoon and loved it. Great location, lovely food and happy evenings cuddling the dog by the fire. Just the right kind of cosy and relaxed atmosphere we wanted.

Lovely experience staying here for 3 nights. Greeted at the door with a warm fire and a cute puppy. Room had a gorgeous view and was very cozy. Breakfast options were amazing and they even packed us a lunch for our hike. Beautiful medium effort hike steps away from the front door yet is an easy drive to the foot of the valley with uncountable walking options in every direction. The owners gave us personalized advice for our stay and drew a map of their favourite hikes!
A small bar is available in-house but it is within walking distance (about 1.5 miles) to a pub with great local beer and multiple

Beautiful farmhouse B&B in a stunning location. We'll out of the way of the Keswick crowds but only 10 minutes from amenities.
Serves a mean traditional full English and who doesn't love the sound of a rooster in a morning to wake you up!
Also, a nicely stocked bar which is helpful as you've a bit of a trek to the nearest one!
Well worth a stay! 👍
