Swiss Court Guest House is a handsome, red sandstone fronted Victorian property originally built in the late 1800's by the church as a "Manse" or Minister's residence. Today it is a family run Guest House providing high quality bed and breakfast accommodation in a contemporary style, just a few steps from the famous Keswick Market Square with its wonderful range of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Arrived on a Friday evening, the gent who dealt with us throughout our stay couldn't do enough for us. He even moved his car in the pouring rain so we had somewhere to park on arrival. Accommodation was 1st class, great views from our room at the front. location is great. Will be coming again.

We stayed here last week. Great location just a 2mins walk from the town centre. Connor was a great host and gave us information on where to go on the bikes. The breakfast selection was great and just what you need for a day walking.

The host (Connor) was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The breakfast options were lovely and he went out of his way to ensure we was happy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The rooms were clean, cosy and newly refurbished.

Conner is an excellent host.He always goes that little bit extra to make his guests happy.The bed and breakfast is very well located and is practically next to the mains shopping precinct,however you very rarely hear any noise.The rooms are spacious and very well kept.As a little added extra he makes his own homemade jams and marmalade that are so good that he should sell them at the Thursday market.

Connor was friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and always clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The view from my room was stunning. Wish I could wake up to that view every day.
The location was perfect. Right in Keswick Town Centre, meaning easy access to everything you could want. The lake is about 15 minutes walk away and the bus station just 5 minutes away allowing easy access to the mountains and other towns.
I will stay here again when I return to Keswick next year.

We've stayed in many B&Bs in Keswick all of which are good, but Swiss Court is the best. We have always been made very welcome by Conor, our host, who makes an amazing breakfast. It's bike friendly, too, if you come to the Lakes for cycling.
