We have minibuses to accommodate 6, 7, 8 and 16 people, covering all of Leicestershire and surrounding areas. Our 16 seater minibuses are very popular for school runs, day trips, stag & hen parties and sports clubs.
All fares are fixed from 6pm - 6am from The University of Leicester's Student's Union (O2 Academy, Mayors Walk). Any additional pick-ups or drop-offs please contact the Leicester branch. We have the largest fleet of 8 seaters, cars and a 16 Seaters. Nottingham or Leicester Night Club Minibus Return: 80 or 10 per head based on 8 Travelling in an 8 Seater.
Earn up to 450 per week driving for ADT, we will supply you with one of our fleet cars, training and help obtaining your private hire license. You will be working on our system, which will give you plenty of work and guidance. All drivers are self employed and we give you 55% of the value of the jobs you do for us.

Have used ADT for years and never had an issue until the past 12 months where on several occasions been quoted one price and then get told another price (higher) when we are dropped off. Last month we queried the outward journey and before they would collect they demanded the fare upfront over the phone. How a company can start off so well and deteriorate to this level is beyond me. Whilst Im a disgruntled client I must add they do have some polite and helpful drivers.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled our 6 seater booking 15 mins before it was due saying they didn't have any available. When asked why they didn't send two cars? Said they could, but only if we paid double! Flat refused to do anything to help us, will never use again.

The positive- the taxi turned up on time for both journeys. But… driver wasn’t friendly. No communication. Pre paid the taxi to nottingham and back. And when we asked if one of our female friends could be dropped off at home one minute up the road he said he would charge us extra… for one minute up the road. That we actually pass on the journey at midnight.. Appalling service. Shame on you ADT

I prebooked an airport run - on the way out they were late by over 20 mins, however the driver apologized and the car was kitted out to be covid safe so that was ok- however on the way back early hours of the morning we were waiting in the freezing cold after our flight for over 20 mins at the pick up point as requested we received no apology and the driver didn’t wear a mask, I have fed this back but a week on and no response from a company, who I supported heavily in their early days, that claim customer service is important - will never use again

Driver arrived promptly even after we had to reschedule meaning they had to come earlier than planned, and they got us to Loughborough Station quickly. Word of advice however: If you opt to pay with the link they send you with a card (Javelin payments), a 30p processing fee is tacked onto your fare, and this is done without telling you in advance>:(

Left us waiting with a 1 year old child dispite paying in advance, they turned up 30 min late, I can't fault the driver he was lovely and very well mannered but ADT is a disgracefull company and I won't deal with them again, ohh and to top it off the taxi that turned up had engine issues that I'm pretty sure is against the terms of there licence that they operate ,don't believe me see the photo I took

Dreadful, and speaking to other people on this topic I hear my experience was far from uncommon. Booked a few days in advance as I knew the wedding reception I was attending is out of town so not easy to get a taxi. Left waiting for 30 mins in the dark, finally collected by a driver who just said ‘you’ll have to speak to the office’ . Well I won’t need to because I’ll use someone else from now on. Avoid ! If I had been vulnerable or alone this could have also been far worse! Simply not good enough.
