We have used Everest for two long journeys in the past month. I can highly recommend them. Clean cars, punctual, and friendly drivers. We had a special request to transport large suitcases. They drove a day before to check and ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched on the day of journey. On subsequent communication found that there was an error in our booking, but they kindly transported us even without letting us know. We are very grateful for the service and would highly recommend.

Man on the phone has no clue about leicester, kept me on hold for 6 minutes and I had to google a postcode for him to be told 3 words which were /no taxis available/!! complete waste of time...operators customer service and level of english was beyond words that a dictionary would struggle to retain. never again. Friendly advice to others! If you want to speak to an Indian call centre this is the best place to call

They take bookings but drivers are not coming to pickup they lie after saying nobody was there.. it hapend to me 9 times . After waiting more that 45 mins i was calling back all the time asking what is hapening same lies every time "driver said nobody there" they said we find another driver for you sorry "putting call on hold and holding the call for ever

I used this taxi company over the weekend and was impressed that the driver came on time but found it very rude how he kept talking on the phone in a foreign language. as a paying customer i felt very uncomfortable as i had no idea what he was saying in pakistani language apart from that ride was good hence ive given the 3 stars
