Booked a taxi and they told me it would be 20 minutes which is fine and then it got delayed by a few minutes. I received a text saying the taxi is outside which it wasn’t. I then called the taxi company and they said the driver will call me. So he called me 2 minutes later telling me he was round the other side of my building and I asked him to come round the back. I then waited over 5 minutes and the driver was still a no show, so I called the company and he said the taxi has picked me up which they definitely hadn’t so obviously they’d let someone else go in my taxi which I’d waited nearly

Absolute joke! Taxis NEVER arrive on time. We are talking over 15 minutes late. Be honest with your clients and tell them that A- you either dont have anyone around or B- it will take 'x' amount of time to get there. Instead of saying "5 minutes" and taking over 20!!!! Not to mention the rude person taking the orders and calling to SHOUT AT YOU. Absolute disgrace

The service was to good standards or above friendly happy drivers always up for a chat confirmation for booking your taxi and you could even track your taxi I was a regular user for goldline so we all started to get to know each other now will not be using the service due to they have joined up with adt taxis no driver knows who you are the driver lies to you telling you he has no change ask for my money to go in the shop to get change whilst he's in the shop I notice inside his door is where his change is obviously just didn't trust me no confirmation text of taxi nothing service is really going

Goldline was a reliable service but I won't be taking them again due to many times i have booked a cab for important appointments to hospitals and they turn up later than the time i booked it! The whole point of booking a cab is so it comes on time! When the cab is half hour late i get no apology and when you call office to complain I don't get no apologies .The drivers are very good and polite but i feel whoever is making the bookings at the office are not doing a good job. Never again!
