Amazing place to stay. The staff were so helpful especially Melvin.
They went above and beyond to accommodate us, we had to switch rooms as we had booked 2 different rooms and we were leaving 11am for a wedding. They got housekeeping to clean our 2nd room first so we could put our stuff in our new room before we left.
The rooms are very soundproof, we didn't hear a thing from other guests.
Breakfast was lovely, there's plenty of parking and the hotel is in a really good location. Will definitely be returning

My sister found Hayley's on booking.com. this was an alternative to the big soulless city centre hotels and Just 10 mins to the lovely town, Headingly!
The staff were friendly and kind and made us feel welcome. We had a beautiful suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The accommodations was spotless (I'm a clean freak) and it really felt like home. We only stayed one night, but we will be back. A good range of breakfast on options offer - thanks for the lovely young lady who checked us in who was there first thing in the morning clearing plates and dealing with all enquiries and the chef!

Stayed here one night over bank holiday weekend. Superb hotel regards facilities, cleanliness and location. The staff are so helpful and on this occasion a night porter called Richard he couldn't do enough for us. We also had a lovely cooked breakfast where we found Richard is the hotel chef he even cooked lovely fresh eggs for us. We will be back.

We came here for Sunday lunch today, on account of there's a bright blue sandwich board outside HSBC on Otley Road advertising 'HELP YOURSELF CARVERY FOR £7.95'.
You'd think they'd expect a few extra people, with that there, on a main road, in a busy student area, no? I was a bit narked, if I'm honest, with the snooty 'so you haven't booked then?' that we got when we the two of us tipped up at 1pm. Having said that, we had a drink in the bar and got a table after twenty or thirty minutes, but there was another dig about some other people who were

I have been staying here very regularly for a few years, as my company Head Office is nearby, though we are moving next week.
Haleys has had its ups and downs over that period, but many rooms have now been refurbished, some coverted two into one room to make larger, and flat screen TVs added as well as free wireless Broadband. The current chef is pretty good (Rump of Lamb especially good), but could do with more vegetables, my sea bream last night had some veg but no potatoes or carbohydrate.
Staff friendly and courteous. But it surprises me how sometimes very few are staying there (except when
