Very unprofessional company, in referencing email asking tenants to provide there own full credit history then using old default that they shouldn't have seen as the reason to not allow you to access the property. I have contacted a lawyer to find out if what there doing is even legal as landlords and estate agents get a toned down verson for a reason and this is breaking the rules.
also have a proper look at there reviews on trust pilot all reviews have been made within days of each other after being invited to review.
