Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Bought our house through Paul Fox Properties. Everything went smoothly and Paul was always available to answer any questions that we had. On the day of completion Paul delivered the keys to our door with two lovely home welcome packs full of tea, biscuits and coffee. A very nice touch.

Booked a viewing of a property in Bellshill, booked for half 3 in the afternoon as they didn't offer evening or weekend viewing. Picked up the wife and ran into traffic on the way and got there at 1544. Paul Fox didn't bother to wait around, he didn't try to call to see where I was, he just left. I was not that late and both my wife and I had to arrange to finish work early to make this viewing! When I called there was no offer to come back to the property, just that I should book another viewing. No thanks, won't be buying that property now, or any from Paul Fox for that matter.

Paul Fox is a very abrasive estate agent who lacks professionalism and manners. Without getting into specifics he was very abrupt and rude and acted in a very strange manner. He also seems to lack a fundamental understanding of the markets he works in. An estate agent with such a terrible website in 2020 is crazy. The sales particulars he puts together look as though they were designed in the 1990s. For someone who works in a marketing profession he really lacks any creativity or enthusiasm. Gives off a bit of a ‘geezer’ / ‘Del Boy’ demeanour as well. A shame, really. I wouldn’t ever

As a full time student and first time buyer the real estate market is a bit of a scary place. I was struggling to find somewhere that was nice for myself and my cats to live in time for my 3rd year of my degree.
A massive thank you to Paul and Kimberley in helping me make this happen. A property I'd scheduled to view got sold the day before I was meant to see it and I was beyond upset, a few days later I got a call from Kimberly to say it was up for sale again. By the next day my offer had been placed, and yesterday I picked up the keys.
The whole process was so smooth and took roughly 3 weeks
