Services
Inghams Solicitors is a high street firm of solicitors covering Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and Lancashire. We operate a modern, professional service based on traditional values and a deep history. Inghams Solicitors was founded in 1937 when Charles Ingham first opened an office on Talbot Road in Blackpool.
We pride ourselves on offering high quality legal services to our clients on the Fylde Coast and further afield. As a well established high street law Firm with over 80 years on the Fylde Coast, our Solicitors will look after your legal requirements. Our particular specialisations include Family Law and Children Law.
Inghams is accredited with the Law Society's Quality Scheme for Advanced Family Law and Children Law. This demonstrates the high level of knowledge, skill, experience and practice that our family law solicitors have. Whether you are married, co-habiting or have entered into a civil partnership, any breakdown in your relationship is likely to be a time of emotional upset and distress.
Large numbers of people, including children and those on low incomes, are now excluded from whole areas of free or subsidised legal advice - valuable advice which they cannot realistically be expected to afford themselves. In particular for family law, Legal Aid funding was completely removed for private matters i.e.
If you need to protect yourself and your children from a violent partner, former partner or relation, a non-molestation order can be a useful defence. A non-molestation order is a type of injunction made by the court under the Family Law Act 1996. They are usually set for a defined length of time but can be extended indefinitely by the court.

Not a good experience for me. The guy I dealt with didnt seem to listen properly, seemed to be dragging his heels and plodding on waiting for retirement, a letter he sent on my behalf was not very accurate and served no real purpose. Had an emergency situation and a week later after fi ding another solicitor I've still not heard back.
Won't be throwing ludicrous hourly rates at these lot again, and if you've got anything that requires some urgency I would advise people to go elsewhere.
Other than that, tip top.
