I have been dealing with the solicitors for a year and a half and I have never had a same day response to my email and when I get them back they don’t answer the questions I asked and are often rude. The money from the house sale has been with them months now and they will find any reason to keep it in their bank. I will 100% not be using them again

****READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK OF USING THEM****
Sometime ago I broke my Spine for a SECOND time. MRI Scans two of them showed this that is was a new (acute) break consistent with my injury I was claiming for. Indeed my NHS Consultant gave me further supporting letters to back up his and the Radiographers diagnosis.
Initially I was offered a sum from the other party which although considerable did not compensate me for the salary or loss of job I was no longer able to do until retirement. Hence, even if I had took their offer I was still considerably out of pocket. So....Fylde Law

This solicitors are heartless over paid bullies who use a ex police sgt ., a Mr John Blott to act with impudence and is worse than any bailiff the worst solicitors avoid them. They have hounded my husband Hamish Howitt and my parents yet got a huge sum of money in your no claim culture that they refuse to give us a break down of double your money costs
