Our returns are less than 10% so 90% of our sales are well received which means happy customers. If you tell us that your purchase is urgent we will personally take it to the post office ASAP so that usually within a couple of hours of purchase the item will be on its way to the delivery address. We send all of our customer's purchases via signed-for recorded delivery so it will be delivered safely.
