Today I collected my gold earings that had been put in for repair and they looked totally AMAZING! They literally looked brand new again. Our fees are structured on the number of items and work involved rather than the actual value of your jewellery.

I recently needed a repair done on a ring that is very special to me and has a lot of history behind it. I was very worried about where to take it and I decided on Anupam as they have a good reputation and many friends have used them in the past. All I can say is that I'm so pleased I did. They listened and gave me a consultation on the damage and what they recommended. I left my ring feeling it was in safe hands and was excited to see it finished. When I got it back I feel so pleased. Anupam Jewellers was highly recommended and I can honestly say that it didn't disappoint. The service and repair of my watch where the crown had broken off, was superbly repaired and looked good as new when it returned. I was recommended Anupam Jewellers because I was looking for a necklace for my daughters 18th birthday which was taking place during lockdown. I have been blown away by the service I received and cannot recommend them highly enough. The necklace I wanted wasn’t in stock so Jay said he would contact the suppliers and track the order for me. True to his word when it didn’t look like the necklace was going to arrive in time he proactively contacted me to see what I wanted to do. Amazing family run jewellers that Have been serving the local Ashford area for over 30 years.
I recently asked Jay to make me an engagement ring for my fiance and used an old costume ring that she adored as a template.
The result was stunning and he crafted me a beautiful piece, The communication throughout was exceptional Which led to a beautiful bespoke engagement ring , let’s just say that it exceeded my expectations in every department And the result when I placed it on my fiancee’s finger was priceless so thank you Anupam jewellers.

My late husband always wanted to have this pin made into an engagement ring for me. It never happened even after 39 years of marriage.
