Hazev Restaurant
First and foremost, we aim to offer our guests a taste of Anatolian cuisine at its finest, and to this end we ensure that all of our dishes are prepared daily using the freshest of ingredients, many of which are organic, and only the purest of extra virgin olive oil. As important as the food we prepare is the setting in which it is served.

We see ourselves as a haven of calm in the heart of the busy financial district and try to emulate within our restaurant the air of tranquillity that is already realised by our waterfront location. Finally, we recognise that fine dining requires the highest standards of service.
Services
Located on the waterfront, Hazev offers an oasis with Anatolian cuisine at its finest in the heart of the financial district. Our stunning venue combines a stylish bar, elegant restaurant and an inviting, quick-serve caf and deli - thus allowing us to cater for any occasion. And with the versatility to provide complete venue hire, private dining and a collection/delivery* service, Hazev simply invites you to enjoy.
The Hazev Bar, with its water front location and stylish decor, is the perfect place to enjoy a drink after work or on the weekend. The Bar is also the perfect venue for private parties, for which you can either make table reservations or hire the space in its entirety. The total capacity is 100 and catering can be provided for any such event.
Tea and coffee play an important part in Turkish culture and have always been at the heart of political and social interaction. For centuries, men have gathered in coffee houses to discuss and debate the pertinent issues of the day, whilst women have socialised with friends and colleagues during afternoon tea, and today the bustling streets of Turkey are filled with a variety of cafes and tea gardens.
For the last 20 years, Tas Restaurant group has been a well known feature in the central London area from Southwark to Westminster. We have always been proud to demonstrate our social responsibility and our core values still remain the same today, to be an essential part of the community and support charities and local causes.

Hazev to me is a standard Turkish restaurant with some redeeming qualities.
Firstly, the customer service was phenomenal as every waiter/waitress made you feel right at home. Given the big size of the restaurant this was appreciated as everyone was made to feel equally welcome and catered to.
The food itself was okay and there was definitely a focus on boasting Turkish flavours. However in my experience of Turkish restaurants in London, and from Turkey itself having visited the country 4 times, the portions for the main mixed grill was disappointing to say the least. For the same price (even

We sat in the cafe section. There is a great selection of fresh home made Turkish mezes, cookies and drinks. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Baklava is crispy, filled with generous amount of pistachios and highly recommended.

Good. But not amazing. Service was very slow on a very calm Saturday evening. Baba ganoush was good, but my iskender didn’t come on a bed of fresh home made pita like is indicated on the menu . Also it the yoghurt portion in the iskender could be bigger. On the other hand the dessert was incredibly good.

We enjoyed our celebratory dinner at Hazev. Food was as delicious as they looked in the pictures we took. The concept of a cafe, restaurant and bar works really well....three different spaces connected by its food and excellent customer care. A must if you are in the area.

Very nice dining room, bit upscale ambiance, open kitchen. Cafe on one side, bar on the other side, restaurant in the middle. But I don't think the kitchen can handle the number of tables they have. Because they dish out food that needs more tender and care.

The chicken meatballs were not cooked long enough and not warm enough. Mucver was soggy, lacking any crispiness and just too much mint added and too much cheese, there was hardly any zucchini, which is the whole point of this meze. I'm not kidding when I say I can make a better mucver at home, and I'm not even Turkish.

I ordered for take-away and food was good. Portions are fine but given the price you could expect a little bit more.
Eat-in should be quite nice given the location.

I used to take my clients to this place but consistent bad service has put me off for good.
The location is very good, the food is average, customer service can be very appalling sometimes and the owner is just plain nuts.

For example I ordered Fanta and was given a drink in a glass that just tasted weird. Our waiter confirmed twice that it was Fanta. Only after i insisted for them to bring me the can/bottle the drink came in did the owner show up and apologised that they did not have Fanta and substituted my drink with a cheap Turkish Fanta alternative.

The blow was when i complained to the

I love Turkish food. And this place brings the best in Turkish cuisine. The menu has a large variety of choices, vegetarian friendly. Again, we are big fans of restaurants that have super clean tablecloths. Big points for that!

Other than döner kebaps in Berlin, this was my first shot at Turkish food. And the quality was much better! Ambience was very cool, and with an interesting eastern touch! The food was very flavorful and I was surprised how big the restaurant was. This place seems very popular. I would definitely come here again! Definitely not my last time with authentic Turkish cuisine! Yum!

An extremely flavorful meal! We got one of the mezze platters which included a huge variety of yummy things. Very vibrant colors, and a wide spectrum of textures and flavors. The baba ghanoush had a delicious roastiness, the hummus was creamy, and the tabbouleh was fresh. There were a few complex salads that I didn't know (one had lots of nuts) but were even better than the familiar favorites. A definite go if you're in the area. There is a deli on one side and a more formal sit down restaurant on the other, so you can easily get takeout if that's your vibe.

Beautiful location. Right on the quay, this is a quite spacious Turkish resturant/ bar/ cafe in canary wharf. With this many purposes, Havez should be put down as a 'go-to' / last resort for any occasion.
I certainly enjoyed my drink here, not too sure whether its a good thing, but its away from the hussle that you will find in this area. I mean I hate queuing for my drinks, I like to sit and chill with scenery and with the option of sitting inside and outside with comfortable seats, I like to be close to the station, and I like the option to either have a a drink, or quick sit down

Just when I thought I found a Turkish restaurant that wasn't a Tas (the chain taking over London), turns out that this multi-function Turkish restaurant/bar/cafe is also part of Tas but going by a different name.
Tried the deli food, though they were happy to order from the restaurant menu a tomato soup, as all they served in the deli was red lentil soup, which was very tasty.
Tried an assortment of cold meze and it was generally good flavour and decent portions.
Not overwhelmed by flavours here but the service is friendly, the ambience very chilled for a cafe-deli and its clean and fresh

This is a Turkish restaurant, located in Canary Wharf. It has a cafe on one side and a restaurant on the other. I tried their mixed grill, which was delicious. The atmosphere is more quiet and good for a romantic date. However, the service was quite slow, as the waiters are not very attentive.

My first time eating Turkish food and what a great introduction! Ordered off a set group menu so had the opportunity of tasting many of the dishes they had to offer. For my main meal had aubergine and lamb which was delicious. As we were a large group we had our own room which was very nice.

Stumbled upon this wonderful place after ice skating and I must say it is really quaint considering it's right along the water. It was my first time at a Turkish restaurant and although the menu items were hard to pronounce, the food was fairly good!

We ordered the falafel and our waitress also recommended the borek (set of 4 triangles filled with spinach and feta cheese - similar to samosas!). It was the perfect starter combo for 3 people along with the complimentary bread and olives.

I'd say this is a great place for vegetarians as they have an amazing selection! Overall great service

Came here for a leaving do - not many Turkish restaurants in the area so glad to have this restaurant near by.

Inside is huge - and it's right next to the docs so many window tables get an amazing view.

The place comes with bread and olives for free appetisers. Bread is good but they don't give you that much - you can always ask for more - it's free.

The food came out super quick. I ordered the mix grill with sauce (forgot the Turkish name for it) and before I knew it the waiter was ready to served the dish to me.

Overall it's not the best Turkish in London but it does

Probably not a good idea to visit this Turkish cafe if you're on a calorie controlled diet. However if you're looking for some very tasty home cooked cuisine, in the Canary Wharf area, this place is well worth a go.

Recommend the hummus, spinach in yoghurt and any of the quiches. Very friendly service too and reasonably priced.

Everything in the Isle of Dogs is so weird, there's so much WATER and GLASS and DECKING. It's pretty beautiful actually but also you feel like something is about to go REALLY WRONG like a meteorite hitting. It would be a great set for a disaster-in-space movie to have its On Earth Denoument.

Anyway...Hazev is not quite so dramatic. I don't know - it's nice? It's clean? It has Turkish Food? It has Turkish wine actually, which was exciting (although more for novelty value than absolute deliciousness. Not that I know anything about wine). It has quite a cool design - one

I've been here on three separate occasions and thus figured it was time to give the Hazev a write up.

I do like the location as it does have plenty of indoor seating along with the entire bar which has an nice view of the wharf area. In the better months, there is also outside seating. The interior is nicely decorated, a little bit ecliptic but all in good taste. The seating however is perhaps a bit tight, especially when at full capacity to which point this place is very loud. Atmosphere rating = 4 stars

I personally like the bar area as there is plenty of room to mill about and

Had the £10.95 dinner menu where you can choose 2 different dishes. I chose the lentil soup and the chicken shish.
Before the food came, we had bread with hummus which was delicious. The lentil soup was pretty good. The chicken shish... that's a different story. The chicken was so dry!! What's up with dry chicken!
Service was ok, the waitress wasn't very pleasant.
