Suzanne is passionate about health and well-being and has been interested in holistic therapies from an early age. Wanting to expand her horizons, she lived in Japan for three years where she studied aikido, yoga, shiatsu and experienced a unique and beautiful style of Japanese life.
During this time she also travelled extensively throughout Asia, which provided her with the opportunity to experience and learn the many different styles of massage and therapies unique to each country and developed her love of teaching yoga.When she taught her first Mum & Baby classes, Suzanne realised the impact she had and how much joy she was able to bring to both mum and baby with massage and yoga.

Suzanne has a very good teaching manner, building a relaxed learning environment which is conducive to developing the skills being taught. She clearly knows what she is doing and talking about. As a trained Aromatherapist, I am very particular when it comes to massage, I want the perfect balance of firm pressure to relieve tension, as well as a relaxing and rejuvenating experience- Suzanne is the first therapist that has exceeded my wishes!
Classes will be offered via Zoom so to join set up a class account and install the software or app to your computer, tablet or mobile device. It is free and easy to use. Initially I will have a quick chat with everyone to check in and create that opportunity of connection that so many of us need. Depending which class you chose practice is suitable for that level.

With over 700 babies born inside the uk each year introducing baby massage or baby yoga from early age could have profoundly positive effects on their health and well being. Zenbu Mum & Baby classes helps to develop the parent child bond through time spent together during this often short period.
When we receive touch a signal is sent to our brain, which then triggers the release of oxytocin- commonly known as the love drug - as well as the two other happy hormones, Serotonin and Dopamine. The intentional, informed 'touch' of Massage Therapy goes even further. Along with boosting the happy hormones, it has been proven to lower the hormone cortisol - a key component in our stress response.

I went along to the pregnancy yoga and it was brilliant for relaxing and giving me some helpful positions to relieve pain. The things I learnt about really helped me during my labour.
I’m now going to relaxation yoga myself as a new mum to destress and it’s brilliant. I have a lovely sleep after the class even if it is interrupted for feeds.
My wee baby loves the baby massage and baby yoga too. It’s great for us to do something together and really helps with bonding

Every wednesday i have been attending the pregnancy yoga zoom with Suzie and it has really benefited me and is something i look forward to every week. From the techniques used, to the yoga poses and relaxation tips etc i have found everything to be very useful and has helped me through my late stages of pregnancy. Thanks Suzie!!

Suzanne has such a wonderful understanding of pregnancy and how to reassure pregnant women. I had the most relaxing massage in late pregnancy, she pays attention to detail and has everything possible to make you feel comfortable and relaxed including lovely surroundings and music. I really appreciated the advice to give yourself permission to be present, enjoy it and relax- which I did! Highly recommend as well as pregnancy yoga which has been great for me in both pregnancies. I went to these yoga sessions during my first pregnancy and it helped me to connect with my baby massively. Not only did it aid with my sleep, learning moves to help aches in pains as my pregnancy progressed but I was able to use what I learned while I was stuck in labour for 3 days. I can not recommend these classes enough. The midwife mentioned that she could tell when mothers attended yoga. Even though it was for 1 hour a week I got so much from these classes which is why I am attending again for my second pregnancy.

I have just enrolled for our 3rd block of baby yoga classes. Suzanne is amazing! We have been going since Sam was 10 weeks old and he absolutely loves yoga, he especially loves Suzanne! It is definitely his favourite class of the week. Because we have been going from a very young age he gets so excited because he anticipates what comes next in the songs/stretches and gets so much out of it, he is always full of smiles and giggles. It is so good for me too to get some stretching in during the week and I always feel better no matter how much sleep we’ve had the night before! It is a lovely social
