Services
Deep Tissue Massage uses firm-pressure designed to release tight layers of muscle and tissue, which usually develops from bad posture, injury or overuse. Restoring movement in the soft tissues alleviates pain, muscle spasm and stress from the problematic area. Prior to your Deep Tissue Massage your therapist will ask you some questions in order to determine any areas of tension and to make sure there are no contra-indications.
Using 100% Organic Essential Oils from Neal's Yard Remedies, this Aromatherapy massage uses the purest plant essences to uplift, relax and revive you. Prior to your massage, your therapist will ask you some questions in order to determine the best essential oils to use. Essential oils, which are extracted from various parts of plants and trees, have a wide range of therapeutic benefits.
Swedish massage can ease muscular strain by flushing out toxins, improve circulation by increasing oxygen flow in the blood, help to keep ligaments and tendons supple and reduce emotional and physical stress. Prior to your Swedish Massage your therapist will ask you some questions in order to determine your preferred pressure, any areas of tension and to make sure there are no contra-indications.
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. Prenatal sessions are tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists who are trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
A wonderful treatment that targets the head, neck and upper back. Seated massage can be relaxing or invigorating depending on what your needs are. This treatment is highly recommended for office workers who have pain, stiffness, and soreness in their neck and shoulders that is caused by sitting hunched over at a desk.

Tina provides excellent massage treatments and is very knowledgeable on the body and anatomy. Her treatment rooms are beautiful and you relax as soon as you come in from the busy Stranmillis road with the soft scent of the lovely aromatherapy oils. It really is a tranquil retreat from the busy world outside. After treatments, I leave feeling that bit more flexible and loosened out. Highly recommend.

Tina is always keen to listen and understand your needs so as to identify the best way to help with the aches and pains. Been there a few times after a back issue and just wish I could be going there once a week. The room is always nice and warm but the heated beds are a bonus touch. Have even got the Mrs to try this place and she agrees and products are fab for facials... thanks Tina..
