Recently bought a Nissan juke with good mileage and competitive price . Very friendly and no pushy sales tactics. After service was brilliant had a slight squeal and was asked to take the motor back of which a new timing belt kit was fitted for peace of mind at no cost. Very fast with this minor issue and extremely happy all round. Will visit in future when car shopping.

We initially were looking for a small van, but found a lot of what was out there to be tatty and over inflated in price, we saw an Audi A3 Sport (Estate) advertised at Ketley Brook and were pleasantly surprised by the price, mileage etc, having met Simon Askwith the Proprietor we found him to be a genuinely nice guy, not your typical car salesman, really knowledgeable but very down to earth with it. Just purchased our new car from Simon. Absolutely in love with it. Even think my other family members are a bit jealous! Simon is highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I went to look at a Vauxhall Insignia at Ketley Brook Motor Company and found Simon to be very helpful and polite, not only did he just give me the keys he let me look at it on my own. After about 10 minutes he came over and told me a few things about the car and Vauxhall Insignia's in general and no sales pressure at all. After test driving the car, I bought the car and to say the car is 10 years old, it drives like its brand new, thanks Simon, see you again in the future.
