Went in at the weekend to collect a Mercedes CLA, we had an appointment which made the experience so easy, fuss free ! I’m not normally one for buying from a garage, but when I saw the car I wanted which was to my exact spec I enquired online after reading other great reviews. I received a courtesy call the next day and arranged a time to view it. When I went to view it I dealt with a salesman with four letters in his name that begins with A (I have to hit the confirm I don’t mention any individuals button) - he let me take the car out for 30 minutes on my own (after the test drive I knew I wanted it) and then he gave me a good trade in price for my old car. This all went very well with no pushy hard sell that

Put a £50 deposit on Audi Q3 temporarily while we sold my car privately which In the end the seller pull out buying my car so we was still trying to sell my car. Next I checked the website to make sure car was still available and the person had sold that car to some one else ! Hadn’t even bothered to contact me to Inform me even though I put deposit down for the car to be kept for me.

I would fully recommend Dan to anyone who needs a car. He is professional, knowledgeable and doesn't apply any hard pressure, sales tactics. My car from Dan was prepared to a very high standard, with an excellent warranty package.
