Any control panel we produce is usually a one-off bespoke systems designed to customers requirements and specifications. Applications cover a wide range of industries. Control panels can include simple relay logic, PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers), data acquisition, MMI/HMI and touchscreen technology.
We set up our own CNC Engraving and Vinyl Printing department because we couldn't obtain the required levels of service, consistency and value from existing suppliers to service the control panels we were building. As ICA is also a control systems manufacturer we understand the needs of other panel building companies and Word got around and we started doing engraving and printing work for others in the industry.
Based near Reading in Berkshire, the company was founded in 1990, and was later named ICA Engineering. In 1998 the company was incorporated and re-named ICA Solutions Limited. ICA Solutions have invested in new equipment to offer a high quality range of engraving services and added ESD consultancy, auditing and training to it's range of services.
A stainlees steel chamber with precision heater, and temperature and pressure instrumentation, linked to a PC for data logging and control of heat input. The system will inject a specific amount of heat to the test sample and monitor the reactions with multiple temperature sensors. With customer interface via PC.
A PLC automated Autoclave Control System to refurbish an existing Autoclave. The system to control the Autoclave cycle temperature via variable steam input to Autoclave jacket and variable internal pressure via compressed air. Touchscreen HMI interface with menu driven variable controls. Cycle data log produced at end of cycle networked to customers system in CSV format for QA validation of each cycle.
