Aerocomponents are specialists in machining exotic materials such as tatanium and hastelloy. Combining years of experience with the highest levels of professional competence we are able offer our clients total confidence that their material specs will be handled and machined with care, taking into consideration their meterological and chemical properties, not just their physical characteristics.
A recent assembly contract we have undertaken includes the manufacture of a precision quick release hook for use in navel application. The hook, made from marine grade stainless steel required helicoiling, lever pins and springs. All components can be labelled and packed to customer specification, either in tissue paper, bubble wrap, or customer supplied storage bins.

Both our Mitutoyo B706 and Etalon Derby CMM systems are fitted with MH20i Renishaw probes with positional repeatability of 1.5m. The MH20i is a manually adjustable probe head that combines the TP20 kinematic stylus module mount with two axis indexing. The A-axis rotates through 180° in the X-Y plane.
