Had an appointment to view a property with Zoopla today. Didn't bother to show up, not even the decency to phone me. When I contacted them after waiting 15mins, was told to look through the windows and if I wanted to then I could phone if I wanted to view it. Absolutely shocking service, don't waste your time. No apology off the woman who I spoke to, and she was rather rude.

Crooks that lied to me upon sign up, assured me i could cancel if it didnt work out. I tried to cancel and was ignored for several months, Finally someone responds to my query and tells me i have to stay for another 2 months. Never got one good lead from them, never did a single let from an applicant from zoopla, You will have better luck with… Facebook marketplace or any other property portal I requested letter of deadlock only to be blackmailed in return. If I accept the letter of deadlock I will then forfeit my cancellation. Highly not recommended. 0/5 for service 0/5 for client support

Important information about my home eg number of bedrooms bathrooms etc has been removed resulting in estimate reduction of £100k - ive made requests to remove/ change info 30+ times over 2 yrs and still being ignored forcing people to get local estate agents in if you want them or not - totally untrustworthy

Zoopla has no home reports on the site. I emailed them like over a week and requested one and nothing, no reply. Junk emails only about booking a viewing, I'm going to book viewing when I read home report!! Twice already that happened to me, another property I was interested in was also advertised on other website and got home report no problem, same day from their agent.
