We have used this company more than once and they have been outstanding each time. This time was very difficult and stressful for us as numerous things went wrong but they went out of their way to help us. They were always professional and compassionate and well organized. Although this estate agent was not acting for us, but for the people we were buying from, they were excellent for keeping in touch with us so that we were informed at every stage in the moving process. This was so important and extremely helpful, particularly towards the end of the move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their friendly, professional approach at a stressful time
