The day to day running of the Nursery is run by the Manager and has no relation with the church so there is no requirement for children or their families to have any involvement with the church. Downstairs in our Nursery we have our Baby Unit with a ratio of 1 adult to 3 children with lots of fun and stimulating toys and activities for the 0-2 yr olds.
Upstairs we have a more structured room for our 2-5yr olds with a planned curriculum to suit each individual child's needs. We have regular outings to the library and play park and on rainy days we have a large hall we use for big play equipment and freeplay.

We are open all year round in an excellent setting, with fully qualified staff offering a loving, secure and stimulating environment, caring for your children to the highest possible standard. Our aims here at East Teign Nursery are to make each child feel loved, comfortable and important and an equal to all the other children in the nursery.
We believe that parents are the first and main educators and role models for their children. In order to build a strong foundation for each child it is important for both the Nursery and parents to work together in forming a stable relationship. We are committed to keeping parents actively involved with their child's education and well being at the Nursery.
