Tried to get spare bolts for furniture. Asked to mail picture when I knew what I wanted. Rang an hour later to find out what had happened and told will get back to me next week "We are busy" and "it is Friday". Customer "service" only open Mon to Fri and will not put call through. Avoid at all costs.
