The first time i went there i had a good service but the last time i went there they charge me almost £400.00 to changed 2 tyres and the car came with misaligned steering and a noise in the wheel. I don't recommend 😡

Only 1 experience so far but was pleased. I had 2 new tyres fitted from Black Circles. Booked in for 9am, but I showed up early I had the option to wait but I was happy to just leave the car with them for a few hours. There is a nice looking cafe next door if do decide to wait. Had a very enjoyable chat with guy at reception (sorry, forget his name) about some of the old cars they have there.

I've had various cars serviced and MOTd here over the years. Even bought a car from them on one occasion. It's quite a personal service and I like the team; they're friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. There's usually enough availability to book in at fairly short notice.

I work for NHS and needed my car, they were very helpful to get me back in the road as soon as possible as I had my brake light warning appear. At same time I opted for a service and they also helped to try fix minor repair of my indicator the following day. Very friendly gentlemen and great cafe next door to wait. Good experience and I will endeavour to use them in future.

I bought my daughter a used car there spring 2019. They were friendly, polite, informal, helpful, very patient and went through the processes and paperwork carefully. The car was in good condition, has been reliable. comprehensively warrantied and she has been very happy with it, driving frequently between East Essex and London in addition to local trips.
