I am actively committed to the DVSA's program of Continual Professional Development, and code of conduct, and personally I am only ever satisfied when I deliver results for my clients. I have worked as a driving instructor with BSM Driving School, AA Driving School and as an ORDIT registered Instructor Trainer for Red Driving School, and have received awards for Trainer of the month and for Recognition of contribution to training.
Driver Check is designed to be an honest, objective assessment of your driving. The driving assessment has been developed to identify both strengths and weaknesses in your driving and help to increase your confidence and ability to better cope with new and changing situations on today's much busier and complicated roads.
Eco-driving describes an efficient use of energy when driving your vehicle, and allows you to improve your fuel consumption helping you to save money and reduce your impact on the environment. Although technology has had a massive impact on the amount of fuel used by modern vehicles, we as drivers can still do much to develop our driving techniques to further improve our vehicles fuel consumption.
Through extreme good fortune I was first introduced to Joe Virgo as my Part 2 & 3 trainer, one aspect of a training package I had purchased through an independent ADI training company. Joe was excellent, his help and assistance throughout my journey to become an ADI was invaluable, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
A Trainee Licence allows you to be legally paid for giving driving instruction. You can apply for a Trainee Licence after you have passed the Part 2 Driving Test, and have completed a minimum of 40 hours of Part 3 training. This licence should not be regarded as a way of earning a living, but an option to allow you to develop your instructional skills in preparation for your Part 3 examination.
