All of our instructors are fully qualified 'GRADE A' (highest instructor grade) DVSA approved with up to 30 years driving experience and are very friendly and patient with a relaxed and informal manner.
No matter how nervous or anxious you may be we will put you at ease and make sure your lessons are thoroughly enjoyable and informative (don't be surprised to see your instructor jotting down notes during your lesson) and because of this we have now established an enviable high pass rate with our pupils.

Services
In order to learn to drive, you need to be 17 years old and have a valid provisional licence. You can take your theory test once your provisional licence becomes valid. Normally, for car drivers, the earliest date your provisional licence can become valid is your 17th birthday, however you can apply for the licence up to three months before your 17th birthday.
We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, see for yourself and at the same time check out AA and BSM and see what they charge. We offer 1 or 2 hour lessons, whatever suits you best. If you are looking to pass your driving test in a short space of time then one of our intensive courses could be for you.
Thanks to First Wheels Driving School I passed my very first test with ease! My instructor was so patient and thorough, which meant I felt I got the maximum out of every single lesson; I really can't recommend her enough. I was so lucky to have you to be my instructor. You also told me my strength and weakness which is so good as I will know how to improve my weakness and feel more confidence on the real day.

Tina is such a patient, effective and thoughtful teacher. I honestly only have good things to say about her. I passed first time and that was mainly due to the confidence Tina had in me that I could do it. She makes sure you’re ready for the test. Throughout lessons, she really helped me understand what was right and more importantly what was wrong, to continue improving. She really is lovely to learn from and I cannot recommend her enough!

Tina is the best driving instructor you could wish for; she is so incredibly patient and is supportive. Most supportive, friendly and caring instructor ever!! Whilst learning how to drive as a beginner, she was always patient and made sure I felt confident at all times. She always provided me with the best support and will also make any nervous driver feel at ease. After passing for the first time, I truly recommend first wheels to anyone as I can now say I have gained the skills that I will use for life!

I have just passed first time at Greenford with one minor! I genuinely believe I would not be this confident a driver without Tina, she has turned a nervous learner with no experience in driving to the best most confident driver I could be. I recommend her with all my heart, please book Tina! She will transform you massively. I couldn’t have done this with anyone else :) best best best best driving instructor in all of London!!!!!

5 stars just isn't enough to express the experience I had with First Wheels Driving School. Tina is an incredible instructor! She is thorough with all techniques and explanations, points out and works on areas you need to improve on - all the while making you feel comfortable and completely relaxed. She really supports you through the entire journey and not only helps you with the driving but builds confidence to battle those test day nerves.
