Again, 0 stars would be my choice.
I booked a limo for a friends hen party taking 8 girls from London to Norfolk. The morning of the event Celebration Cars sent me a short email informing me they were cancelling this. I received no phone call, no answer to my phone calls or emails asking for alternative suggestions and weeks on have heard nothing else. This almost ruined the night and resulted in me having to pay a huge premium for a booking with only a few hours to go for a wholly unsuitable vehicle. I gave Celebration Cars plenty of time to remedy their cancellation or provide an apology

This only gets 1 star because I have to provide a rating if not my honest opinion would be 0 stars. Avoid this at all costs, I have had to rearrange the cars for my wedding with only 28 weeks to go as after receiving my deposit I never heard from them again despite several attempts I made to get in touch.
Very disappointing would love to hear from anyone else using this firm to hear your views, found it very surprising to not see any reviews on line so I felt I had to put the warning out there for others so you don't loose money the way we did.
