TP Engineering Services llp were established in 1978 and have been practicing continuously as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants since this date. The Practice was formed on a foundation of heavy engineering and was actively involved in all aspects of power generation and site infrastructure.
We have retained considerable experience in this field of engineering. With the progressive demise of our manufacturing industry and subsequently our heavy engineer services requirement, the practice has evolved and today the practices' business is directly related to Central Government services, pharmaceutical healthcare, veterinary research, manufacturing, education and community and commercial based projects.

Services
The Practice adheres to its fundamental aim of providing a personal and comprehensive service by tailoring our services to meet the individual needs of Clients. Every project is assigned a Partner-in-Charge, from inception to completion, providing continuity and maintaining a close, identifiable relationship with the Client.
All projects are assigned to a Partner-in-Charge who is responsible for all aspects of the project from inception to practical completion. Currently approximately 70% of our ongoing projects are repeat business with well established clients. The practice has worked continuously over the last 31 years for the Home Office Prison Service, for 20 years for MAFF/ DEFRA and 16 years for Amersham International/GE Healthcare.
Building 23 is located on the main site at GE Healthcare, Amersham. Owing to the nature of the various products a number of onsite laboratories contain radioactive processes. The site comes under the jurisdiction of the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate (NII) and therefore it runs a strict health and safety procedure regarding permits and monitoring.
The project included a new learning resource centre, a new reception and breakout space for students, a multi-purpose Sports Centre and a Hospitality & Catering Academy. The new Sports centre featured a multi-function sports hall, gym, dance studio, boxing ring and changing rooms. These amenities are also available for public use.
The project included a new 1000sqm extension comprising hall/dining room, kitchen, three classrooms, a practical room, changing rooms and toilets. In addition to the new building the original hall was sub-divided and a mezzanine floor created to facilitate the construction of a library, three classrooms, a practical room and offices.
