Our Client base includes private investors, major developers such as British Land, Allied Dunbar to end users such as Sir Robert McAlpine, Channel 4 TV and Sanden International. Ralph T. King & Associates have undertaken numerous projects in the manufacturing industry ranging from furniture and ice cream production through to processed foods and flavouring production lines.
Ralph T. King & Associates released over a million square feet of commercial office space from mothballed caretaker mode to viable lettable spaces for the developer owner NCC and their investors SPP being one of Europes largest pension fund investors.
We also carried out the fit out designs for introducing standby generated power to the development and providing IT network data centres, Share Trading Floors, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery suites.Subsequently Ralph T. King & Associates have managed the infrastructure for the East India Dock and adjacent Funeven Estate since the late 90's and which continues to this day.

The construction of an anaerobic digestion plant where the primary feedstock is a combination of municipal waste food and locally grown silage for the production of Methane to power generators which feed back into the Electricity Grid. Ralph T. King & Associates were brought in by the funding member of the team to undertake a technical audit on the project and then to monitor its 10 month build both technically and financially.
The total refurbishment of the Grade 1 Listed 89 room Lutyens House, Mews Buildings, Estate Cottages and external infrastructure on the Estate for a Private Client. The works necessitated an extremely high level of design input to ensure that the building services installations were sympathetically incorporated into the building.
