Arrived late after a long drive from the South coast but the proprietress was very welcoming. Room was exceptionally clean with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was first class with fresh fruits, muesli (from my local Dorset cereals company I was pleased to see), yoghurts and a beautifully cooked English plate. Highly recommended.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of Penrith. Walking distance from the main centre. The room was very spacious and very comfortable beds - we slept very well. I also loved the little touches such as the fresh brownies that were in our room for our tea. Breakfast was also delicious!
