Car had mot and full service - I had noted about a knocking sound on the wheel... which is quite worrying. They couldn't find what was causing the knocking noise (although they could hear it)..Quite poor that a mechanic cant find the cause of something which is obviously not right on the car. After walking in the cold rain with my young daughter to collect the car, I paid and just mentioned something quite minor on the dashboard (a display that seems to be stuck showing an incorrect screen) hoping the guy would be helpful and say he would take a quick glance at it.. his reply was basically "I dont

Visited One Stop in Crewe 28/12/18 to enquire about changing my exhaust tailpipes. Agreed on the style which was round and the cost for the job which was booked for 07/01/19. I was not told that the parts had to be ordered and believed the reason for the wait was due to existing work load. I was OK with this, perfectly reasonable. I then get a call on 04/01/19 to advise me the parts are not in so cannot now fit on 07/01/19, parts were enroute from South Africa. I phoned One Stop a week later for an update and the parts were now in the UK so rescheduled fitting to 17/01/19. I arrived on time to
