Found this garage on who can fix my car.com
I accepted their quote for a service and MOT , they contacted me to arrange a day that I could take the car In.Got to the garage and I was greeted by Emma who was really friendly and helpful. I asked if it would be possible to put a bulb in for me, and they did it. Emma said she would phone me to tell me when my car will be ready. She was just as polite and professional on the phone. Went and picked up my car that was ready. Was told if I have any problems with my car take it back and they will be more than happy to have a look for me. I would recommend

I am not one usually to leave reviews however I feel it very necessary after seeing the ' Sophie Fromont' review.
As a WOMAN me and my family have been attending Pool Street Garage for the past 40 years. Mark is a lovely man who will help anyone including my daughters and granddaughters. I would never go anywhere else and we all have trust in all the staff.

Firstly it was my choice to delete what I thought was a slightly unfair review, NOT GOOGLE!
I'm only back for 2 reasons!
A) To clarify that it was actually my dad's car you were supposed to work on, it wasn't recently but I do have the receipt. But Google kept asking for a review so I left one before reading others & the replies.
B) To alert people that they should have some knowledge of their vehicle so as not to fall foul of unscrupulous business practices! And to be able to read your reply to my deleted post.
Dad's Nissan Qashqai was booked in for a new clutch (the reason was clutch judder

So pleased to find a garage near my uni that I can trust. Came and picked my car up when I was panicking and dropped it off explaining everything to me and let me think it over. When I took it back received amazing service, can not fault you at all, no pressure to do expensive work which is rare these days. Will recommend highly and will be my go to garage from now on.
