We are extremely happy with the service provided by Giles and his team. They have found us the most perfect home and we couldn't be happier. We viewed at least twenty properties with other agents and I can honestly say Halletts were by far the most responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Tried to book a viewing for Saturday and they weren't prepared to come in 15 min early to show me the house I wanted to see. Said it was out of their cantracted time. So I couldn't view the house. Not quite the agency for me then if 15 min early is too much for them. I wanted to see Paxton Close. So looks like this landlord lost a viewing and I'm sure loads of others have too due to this.

Lovely team, nothing too much trouble. Any queries or issues sorted straight away. I have rented in London for many years, and can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with an estate agent. They are an independent agent, so the service was much more personal and they whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

We have been renting from Giles for over 5 years now and he has been a pleasure to deal with since day one. When showing us around he never once tried to over embellish it like others in the same industry do and was very upfront and honest. Since moving in, whenever we have had an issue or needed anything, Giles can't help quickly enough. Within an hour of mentioning a sink blockage recently, Giles had a plumber sent over who fixed the problem straight away. He responds quickly and politely to all our requests and we know that if we need to we can pop in and see him and the team. We couldn't recommend
